The Colleague Assistance Desk is available by calling (309) 438-2270 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays if you have questions.

Colleague Hours of Operation

All authorized users may access the system between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Sunday unless otherwise notified. Budget transfers and final approvals are restricted to "normal business hours" -- 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (for details and explanation, see: Hours of Operation)
